Spring Tutoring Registration

There are two options for scheduling tutoring. All sessions are held online via Google Meet.

Option 1: Weekly Scheduled Sessions (Recommended)

Choose a consistent weekly appointment time for the semester
This option is intended for students committing to a regular weekly time
You are guaranteed a time that works with your schedule

Weekly time slots are limited and are prioritized for students booking consistent weekly sessions.

Weekly sessions are intended for students continuing for the duration of the semester.

Billing:

Invoiced monthly for convenience
Payment is due within 24 hours to reserve your time

Rate:

$55 per hour

Option 2: Occasional / As Needed Sessions

Receive weekly emails with upcoming availability
Book sessions as needed by replying to those emails
No guaranteed availability

Payment:

Due within 1 hour of confirmation

Rate:

$60 per hour

After submitting the form, I will follow up by email to confirm your appointments.

If booking a weekly time, your appointments will be reserved upon receipt of payment.

New Students (Optional)

A 15-minute onboarding meeting is available for new students.

This can be used to:

Ask questions
Ensure Google Meet is working

This meeting is optional.

Summer (July & August) registration opens May 15th

📅 Future Registration Information

Schedule changes occur when there is a change in semesters. Registration periods are as follows:

August: for all students for the fall/first semester.
December: for university students for the winter semester.
January: for high school students for the second semester.
April: for university students for the spring semester (May/June).
May: for all students for the summer semester (July/August).

If you'd like to remain informed of registration dates, you can request to be added to the mailing list for the specific registration period you're interested in. I will send an email the day registration opens.

Tutoring is not available the following dates:

May 18th, 2026 (Victoria Day)
May 24th, 2026
June 25th-July 9th, 2026, inclusive
