Tutoring Registration for University Students (to begin January 5th)

 

Registration for the winter semester (January 5th - April 27th) for university students is now open.

 

There are two options for scheduling winter tutoring (all tutoring appointments are online via Google Meet):

1. Choose the appointment(s) you'd like for a weekly meeting for the entire semester.​

• This is a commitment for the entire semester. With this option you are guaranteed appointments that work with your schedule. See my availability in the calendar below. You'll be able to request your appointments in the registration form.

• With this option you'll receive an invoice for the first month of appointments. Payment is due within 24 hours via e-transfer to reserve the appointments. Each month you'll receive an invoice for the following month's appointments.

• The rate is $55/hour.

​   2. Schedule appointments when needed.

• With this option your email address will be added to an email mailing list. You'll receive emails weekly regarding my availability for the coming week. You can make appointments by request via these emails.

• Payment for your requested appointment will be due via e-transfer within 1 hour of confirmation of your request to reserve the appointment.

• There is no commitment with this option; however, I cannot guarantee your preferred appointment will be available when you need it.

• The rate for this option is $60/hour.

How to Register

 

To register for winter tutoring, complete the registration form. This is required for both scheduling options.

After completing the form, wait for my response via email to confirm your appointments.

If you choose to schedule for a weekly basis, you'll be sent an invoice. Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to reserve your requested appointment.

If you're a new student, you can request an onboarding meeting. This is a 15 minute online meeting to answer your questions and to make sure the technology is working. If you're comfortable with Google Meet, this is not a required meeting. Email me if you'd like to request a this meeting.

If you're unsure if you'd like to book a weekly meeting and have questions, you can book a free 15 minute consultation.​​​ This is a 15 minute online meeting to meet the teacher, have your questions answered, and we'll make sure the technology is working.​

Registration for the spring/summer semester for university students (Beginning May 4th) will open on April 10th, 2026. Check back here on that day for the registration form and schedule.
