Online Tutoring Weekly Schedule

Tutoring Registration for the Winter Semester for University Students:

Registration for winter tutoring for university students (January 6th-April) is now open.

If you're interested in meeting at the same time weekly, please pick your top 3 choices from the schedule below. It is NOT an interactive calendar. You cannot make appointments via my website.

Registration is still required if you're interested in occasional tutoring, simply complete the Google Form.

Once you've chosen your preferred tutoring times, complete the Google Form to register.

After completing the form, wait for my response via email to confirm your appointment. You'll be sent an invoice for January appointments. Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to reserve your requested appointment.

Consultations will be scheduled for new students. This is a 15 minute online meeting to answer your questions and to make sure the technology is working.

If you're unsure if you'd like to book a weekly meeting and have questions, you can book a free 15 minute consultation.

Exam Prep:

I have the following appointments available for university students interested in exam prep. Junior and Senior High school students are welcome to these appointments as well. If you're interested in any of the following times, send me an email with your request.

Tutoring Registration for the Second Semester for High School Students:

Registration for tutoring for the second semester for high school students (February 3rd-June) will open on the morning of January 11th. A link to a Google Form will be posted here to register. If you're interested in an email reminder, contact me and request to be added to the winter mailing list. Consultations will be scheduled for new students that week. This is a 15 minute online meeting to answer your questions and to make sure the technology is working.

Registration Form

Schedule changes occur when there is a change in semesters. Registration periods are as follows:

August: for all students for the fall/first semester.
December: for university students for the winter semester.
January: for high school students for the second semester.
April: for university students for the spring semester (May/June).
May: for all students for the summer semester (July/August).

If you'd like to receive the registration package, request to be added to the mailing list for the specific registration period you're interested in. I will send an email the day registration opens.

Tutoring is not available the following dates:

August 20th - September 3rd, inclusive (Summer Vacation)
October 13th-14th (Thanksgiving Weekend)
December 15th
December 20th-January 4th (Christmas Break)
February 16th (in lieu of Heritage Day)
April 20th-21st (Easter Weekend)
May 19th (Victoria Day)
May 25th (Band Fest)
